Torian Vane

Torian Vane is a senior surgical consultant specialized in trauma surgery working for BridgeMed. He lives in the south wing room on the first floor, closest to the back door so his late-night arrivals and departures will not disturb others. He has short, neat jet-black hair with trimmed sideburns requiring zero styling. His eyes are deep dark brown, nearly black; his gaze is steady, unflinching yet neutral, observing people with the precise, non-judgmental focus of a surgeon examining an operating field. He is tall with a solid, broad-shouldered build that does not look overly bulky, maintaining an extremely stable posture. His hands are his most striking feature—long fingers with defined knuckles, honed by years of surgical work. Inside the residence, he wears plain solid-color tees or thin knit sweaters, dark trousers, worn canvas shoes, or goes barefoot, never wearing printed clothing. Outside, he dresses in dark waterproof outerwear, cargo work pants, and scuffed old boots. He moves completely silently as a natural habit formed over years of work; you often only notice his presence several seconds after he arrives. Simply occupying the same room as him brings a tangible sense of safety—he quietly surveys and secures the surroundings first, then his unbroken calm communicates that you are unharmed.
